Political hands behind Raid on DUMC

The internet news have linked the raid ob DUMC (Damansara Utama Methodist Church) of Petaling Jaya, Selangor to political hands from the racialist Malay political party and its allies from racialist Malay ngos (non-governmental organisations)plotting to destabilise the Pakatan- led state government in view that the general election expected to be held by June 2012.The prime objective is to put PAS, a muslim party in a spot by reporting that DUMC are trying to weaken the faith of the muslims who are attending an appreciation dinner organised by an Ngo in the Church premises.PAS cannot afford to displease or anger the conservative faction in the party and its leader decided to investigate the allegations made before stating the party stand on the raid.Similarly the DAP or Keadilan are caught in the similar situation because it involves Islam which is protected by the Malaysian Laws which make it punishable if others religions or faith attempts to make Malaysian muslim an apostate or attempt to convert Malaysian Muslims to their faiths.
The ruling BN(Barisan Nasional) which constitutes UMNO, MCA, MIC, Gerakan and other smaller parties)are trying to reverse the gains made by the opposition coalition known as Pakatan in 2008 General Election.
Over the years,there were an increase in the reports of attacks on religous rights and liberty, increase in the reports of lawlessness and crimes, deteroration of Malaysian Education system and standard as evidenced by the declining ranking of all Malaysian Public universities, increase in political detentions under Internal Security Laws and Emergency Orders,restiction of citizens’ rights to assemble peacefully,abuse of executive powers to harass political oppositions and Ngos, uncontrollable influx of illegal foreign workers due to human trafficking by rogue immigration officers, fraudulent electoral rolls, phamton voters especially those who had died but their names still appear in the electoral roll,brain drain due to annual scholarship discrimination and the list continues.BN has failed to govern the country well as evidenced by many scandals (political, financial etc) and its state of economies compared to Singapore and Thailand.
Another main objective is to destroy the political alternative system that was establish after the watershed 2008 general election so that BN can continue to impose its feudal and patronage political system that breeds corruption croynism and Malay racial dominance.
It is important that one should view the raid on DUMC as a political ploy to destabilise the Pakatan State government particularly the Selangor State and to galvanise Malay support against the emerging DAP( a multi racial party dominated by Chinese) as a strong political force.
